The environment is precious to us all, that’s why at Sunbeam Laundry we’ve taken extra steps to ensure that our service is friendly to nature, some of the measures we’ve taken include, but not limited to;

• All our waste is re-cycled
• Our table linen is from 100% bio-degradable cotton
• Our boilers re-cycle the waste steam back into the boiler to heat water
• Regular checks by Thames Water to ensure our waste water is clear of pollutants
• Low chemical usage throughout the washing cycle
• LPG gas delivery vehicles
• Laundry packed in returnable polyester re-useable bags – saving on plastic bag pollution

Sunbeam Laundry pro-actively strives to offer products with the highest efficacy, but the lowest impact on the environment.

• Sunbeam Laundry ensures that all surfactants used are carefully sourced to comply with OECD tests for biodegradability.
• Sunbeam Laundry continuously reviews and revises formulations to prohibit the use of any surfactants that might be considered dangerous to the environment or marine life.
• We use state of the art dosing technology, with regular calibrating to avoid overuse of detergent or other resources.
• Sunbeam Laundry has made it company policy to only buy in recycled/reconditioned pallets, helping to avoid the need to harvest woodland areas.
• Sunbeam Laundry seeks to use reconditioned plastic drums from an approved supplier, wherever possible.
